Insurance Requirements
Exhibitors are required to provide an insurance certificate covering liability for exhibit contents,personnel and show guests within the exhibitor’s assigned space. The certificate should list Southern Shows Inc. as an additional insured. The insurance limits on the certificate should be a minimum of $1,000,000 for each occurrence and $2,000,000 in the aggregate.

Purchase of insurance through Rain Protection is transacted outside of your contract with Southern Shows Inc. Southern Shows Inc. has no financial or other interest in Rain Protection.

2020 Shelby County Health Department Temporary Event Application
Please note the packet & forms were NEW in 2019.
If you will be selling or sampling any consumable products at the show, you must obtain a permit to do so from The Shelby County Health Department. Forms must be sent to Show Management by Friday, February 21, 2020. Show Management will add the Health Department fees to your Southern Shows account. Do not submit payments to the Health Department. If you do not submit your paperwork to Show Management by Friday, February 21, 2020, you will not be allowed to sell or sample at the show.
