Exhibitor FAQ

DO I HAVE TO BE SET UP FOR THE ENTIRE TIME?

Yes. All exhibits must remain intact for the duration of the show and also be staffed during all open show hours.

WHERE IS THE SHOW HELD?

At the Orange County Convention Center. The address is 9400 Universal Blvd., Orlando, Fl 32819. Click Here for a map and driving directions to the Convention Center.

WHAT IS THE COST OF EXHIBITING IN THE SHOW?

Exhibit space is $11 per square foot with $100 charge per corner. Exhibits needing 300 or more square feet are eligible for 5% discount. Minimum space amount is 100 square feet.

ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL COSTS?

Yes, but costs that you can control. Exhibitors are responsible for their own décor including any tables and floor covering. Floor covering, however, is a requirement.You may provide them yourself; or rent from the official decorator (see Decorator Kit available online). Likewise, you may or may not need electrical or Internet service both of which are provided by the Orange County Convention Center and order forms are available online. Additional costs would include staffing for the exhibit space.

ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS WITH EXHIBIT SPACE SET-UP OR DECOR?

All exhibits must have floor covering. Show Management carpets the aisles and it is mandatory that exhibitors do likewise in their exhibit space. Exhibitors can provide their own floor covering or rent from the official decorator (see Decorator Kit available online). All exhibits must adhere to certain height restrictions unless preapproved by Show Management in advance. Click Here for a diagram of exhibit height restrictions.

WHAT COMES WITH MY EXHIBIT SPACE? DO I GET ELECTRICITY WITH MY SPACE? IS WI-FI OFFERED AND HOW MUCH

Electricity can be provided for your exhibit space and would need to be ordered through the Orange County Convention Center (order forms available online). There are incentive rates for ordering electrical needs in advance. Wi-Fi is available and the cost is determined based on your needs. Smart City is the official provider of communications services for the Orange County Convention Center and their order forms are available on our website. There is a daily rate for Wi-Fi services.

WHAT IS THE ATTENDANCE?

The attendance ranges from 19,000 to 23,000.

WHAT ARE THE DEMOGRAPHICS OF THE SHOW?

The show targets females between the ages of 25-54 years, who are educated, work and make the purchasing decisions for themselves and their families.

HOW DO I APPLY TO EXHIBIT IN THE SHOW?

Past exhibitors can apply online with their username and password by clicking here. All new exhibitors should apply here. A PDF version of the application is also available upon request.

HOW DO YOU DECIDE WHO CAN EXHIBIT IN THE SHOW?

Each application is evaluated by our review board for quality of products, services and exhibit set-up. An application may also not be approved if the product category is full.

WHAT ARE THE CLOSEST HOTELS?

We do recommend official hotels that are close to the Orange County Convention Center. Click here for more information.

WHERE ARE THE LOADING DOCKS/ROLL-UP DOORS?

The covered loading docks are conveniently adjacent to the exhibit hall. There are at least two roll-up doors (32’ wide X 22.8’ high) and multiple loading docks.

ARE THERE HAND TRUCKS AVAILABLE?

No

ARE FORKLIFTS AVAILABLE?

Yes, but for a fee for use through the show decorator. See Decorator Kit available online.

WHERE DO EXHIBITORS PARK? HOW MUCH DOES IT COST FOR EXHIBITORS TO PARK?

There is a parking lot adjacent to the building that is available for exhibitor and guest parking. The charge for parking is $10 per day. Exhibitors can purchase parking passes (allows in and out privileges) from the Orange County Convention Center Service Desk ONLY during move-in days.

HOW DO I RESTOCK MY EXHIBIT IF IT STARTS TO GET EMPTY?

Exhibitors have access to the exhibit floor one hour prior and thirty minutes after the show each day to restock merchandise.

WHAT DO I DO IF I RUN OUT OF PRODUCT?

You can take orders for products and have it shipped to your customers. Retain some product so that you can still sell and take orders.

IS THERE A DAY THAT'S LESS BUSY THAN OTHERS? WHAT ARE THE PEAK TIMES?

First thing in the mornings as well as all day during the weekend are traditionally the busiest times.

HOW DO EMPLOYESS GET IN?

They will need an exhibitor badge that can be picked up in the Show Office. With the exhibitor badge, they can enter the show from the Exhibitor Entrance.

WHAT IF I HAVE A SPECIAL CUSTOMER THAT WANTS TO COME IN?

You are entitled to some complimentary tickets based on the amount of exhibit space you confirm. Consider using one of the complimentary tickets for your VIP customers and leave them at Will Call for pickup.

CAN I BRING A PET?

No, unless it is a service animal

WHEN CAN I MOVE-IN /MOVE-OUT?

Move-in runs from 12pm-6pm on Tuesday and from 9am-7pm on Wednesday prior to the show. All exhibits must be set up by 7pm on Wednesday. Move-out runs from 5pm-10pm on Sunday.

DO I NEED INSURANCE?

Yes

ARE THERE CONCESSIONS AT THE SHOW?

Yes

IS THERE AN EXHIBITOR LOUNGE?

No
