United Pullers of the Carolinas Corp. (UPOC)is a not for profit group that is sanctioned to conduct professional truck and tractor pulls under the National Tractor Pullers (NTPA) and World Pulling International (WPI). UPOC originated from several smaller groups within NC which goes back to 1974 under the name of North Carolina Tractor Pullers and East Coast Tractor Pullers.
