We are a 35-year family owned company. Growing our family in our business, our son, Hunter has now partnered with the company and is adding many new items including our gun holsters, and hand-made wallets, and other various items. He does all the stamping in our shop as well as help with any laser items. He also helps with marketing our products through our two websites, www.mandwleather.com, and www.mandwleather.etsy.com. The 'M' part of the business, Mike, has been making belts for 40 years and is our #1 seller in the public settings He also helps with making many the products we ship. The 'W' is our leader in hand-dying all custom items, including guitar straps, rifle slings, bracelets, and whatever else will need a hand-dyed finish. She began the online process in 2013 and had no idea it would grow as it has. She is the manager over most of the business in many areas, including accounting, orders, communicating with buyers, and shipping, as well as the dying and finishing process. Throughout the last 35 years we have sold many belts and other leather goods in eastern North Carolina, and now to many regions across the world, that we make each and every day in our shop. We will continue to strive for excellence in every product we make, while God continues to bless us so abundantly. We are so very grateful to each and every customer God sends our way!
