The Working Lands Trust is on a mission to sustain North Carolina's food and fiber supply by conserving our working farms and forests. As a 501(c)(3), the Trust within its first two years had permanently conserved over 4000 acres across three counties of the state’s eastern reaches and coastal plain. Through support and partnerships, the Trust has protected over 17,000 acres of working farms and forests to date!
