In 1990, Mr. Howard Dean Martin, with the help of his family, started a new business manufacturing Martin Row Cleaners which he invented. From 1990-1998, he operated on his 40 acre farm located at 169 Allegre Road just 4 miles north of Elkton, Kentucky.
