Chef Monica Smith is a native of Gastonia, NC and proud mother of three children. Her company, Entertaining with Chef Monica has released her signature spice recipes called; “Chef Monica’s Spice Blends”. Chef’s Spice Blends can be purchased on Amazon Prime

She inspires others with her personal mission of “bringing families back to the table”. Chef Monica is a charismatic TV/Stage personality who knows how to engage her audience when talking about all things food. Chef holds several professional certifications and two degrees; a Bachelor’s in Foods and Nutrition from Appalachian State University and an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts from the Art Institute of Charlotte. These credentials have helped to make her a contemporary southern grown chef that audiences adore and enjoy watching. Chef Rowland is a self starter with attention to details, he excels in customer services, and has strong organizational skills and leadership demonstrating creativity in menu design. He is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York.
Chef Rowland’s Professional Experience includes Adjunct professor in culinary arts at J. Sargent Reynolds community college in Richmond Virginia. Hana’s in Murrells Inlet, South Carolina which in 2001, in competition with other top flight regional chefs, won the Grand Award of the Renaissance Gala event in Myrtle Beach. S.C. When she is not portraying a character, Angela enjoys being herself as a host and emcee. A charismatic presence with a golden voice, she has been the resident emcee for the touring show, The Food Lion Chef Challenge
presented at both the CIAA and ACC basketball tournaments, two of the largest college basketball tournaments in the country. She has also hosted for Food Lion for the past five years in multiple cities for the Southern Women’s Show. She is frequently booked to host charity events, awards shows, and a myriad of live events.
Today in addition to traversing the globe as a highly-requested keynote speaker and working in entertainment, Angela serves on the Board of Directors of the Banks Foundation. She is also a Life Member of the General Alumni Association of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Diamond Life Member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
