Tish has been with Southern Shows, Inc. since 1998. Her time has been spent in their Women’s Show division working with the Southern Women’s Show in Charlotte and Raleigh as Executive Show Manager. In addition to her management duties, she oversees Internal Communications. When not planning shows, Tish served on the Board of Dress for Success Charlotte, where she has held positions of Secretary, Vice President and Development Chair. She currently serves on the Board of The Actor's Theatre of Charlotte.  She is also a member of NAWBO and an avid sports fan. She enjoys watching the Florida State Seminoles, Carolina Panthers and Atlanta Braves.
