The Southern Women’s Show salutes teachers and school staff for everything you contribute to our community. We’re offering free admission to teachers from pre-school to 12th
grade for the entire show! School staff member or student teacher in training? You get free admission, too. Grab a friend, bring your school ID and show it at the Box Office to enjoy a full weekend of fun on us. We’re grateful for all you do.

On Saturday, the Southern Women's Show will host a Contest for Twins of all Types. Stop by the Mid-Atlantic Twin Registry exhibit #223 to find out details and sign up for the contest.
The Mid-Atlantic Twin Registry (MATR) of Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) is an organization of twins and their families who are willing to consider taking part in twin-based, health-related research. The MATR welcomes twins of any age, ethnicity, and zygosity (identical or fraternal), as well as higher order multiples such as triplets, quadruplets and quintuplets.
“The Voice of RVA”
Do you have what it takes to be “The Voice of RVA”? Then submit a video of you belting out your fave artist (or even an original tune!) and you could be selected to perform on the Fashion & Entertainment Stage at the Southern Women’s Show and become The Voice of RVA! TO ENTER: Upload your video at MIX 98, Q94, or Big 98.5 Country’s website to be registered for a chance to win your moment in the spotlight. The public votes for their favorite singer online. One winner will be selected from each station. The singers who get the most online votes will compete at the finale on stage at the Southern Women's Show Sunday, March 24 at 2PM. Each of the three finalists from each station will receive a professional music video recording session from BES Studios, one of the oldest and largest video production facilities in the region. The sole winner of “The Voice of RVA” chosen on March 24 also wins a cash prize!
