Are shopping carts, wagons, and strollers permitted?
Small pull-behind or push carts and strollers are permitted. Grocery-size carts and wagons are not permitted.
Can I bring a pet?
Only properly identified service animals are permitted in the show.
Can I take photographs?
Yes. If you would like to take a photograph of a craft, artwork or merchandise, please first ask the permission of the exhibitor.
Where is the nearest ATM?
An ATM is located by the Show Office near the entrance of the show.
Are there places to rest?
Yes. There are benches located throughout the building. There’s also seating available at many of the food areas.
I’m looking for a specific exhibitor. How do I know if they will be there?
If you know the name, you can search the online exhibitor list. Go to http://SouthernShows.com/wor/ and click on “Exhibitors”. There will also be a series of directional signs on the show floor that lists exhibitors’ name and location.
Is there a way to reach an exhibitor I saw at the show?
First check the exhibitor list online. Once there, click on the ‘see more’ link under the exhibitor you wish to contact. You may find a telephone number there, or a link to their website. If that does not work, call our office at 800-849-0248.
Is there a cost to return a second day?
Yes. If you would like to return, discounted re-admission tickets are available for $5. These may be purchased at the Show Office or Will Call with a ticket stub.
Are wheelchairs available?
Limited wheelchairs are available For a Fee
on a first come, first serve basis from the Orange County Convention Center.
The Orange County Convention Center is so big, where exactly is the show going to be held?
This year the show will be held in the North Concourse (the newer part of the convention center) in Hall B. The actual address is 9400 Universal Blvd., Orlando, FL 32819
Can I have my tickets mailed to me, or held at the door?
Yes to both. Use the online ticket system by going to http://southernshows.com/wor/
and clicking on “Tickets”. Or, call 800-849-0248. Tickets are sent by standard mail.
Is there food available at the show?
Yes. The food service is excellent. They offer a variety of hot and cold items including sandwiches, salads, and entrees.
Can I bring food and eat it at the show?
Building rules are that only food purchased on-site may be consumed there. Special accommodations are made for individuals with dietary restrictions.

Is there a day that’s less busy than others?
Thursday is usually the least busy day. Saturday and Sunday are busiest. Friday is somewhere in between.
Is there a First Aid area available?
Yes. First Aid is available.
Are there any good tips that are helpful to know?
Here’s a couple. First, wear comfortable shoes. There’s a lot to see and do. Second, bring address labels. There’s a lot of great prizes to register for and having your address labels will make it much easier. Third, check out the website in advance and download any coupons. In addition to special coupons for discounted rates, many exhibitors have their own coupons. Finally, talk your mother, sister and/or best friend into coming with you. The Southern Women’s Show is all about fun and it’s even more fun to experience with family and friends.
