Ayanna Johnson Avanna Johnson’s specialty is Jamaican and International Cuisine. She is a culinary student at L’Ecole Culinaire, and was the 2nd place winner of the National Chilean Avocado recipe contest. She is a member of the American Culinary Federation (Memphis Chapter). Chef Bryan Holloway Chef Holloway has one hard job on his hands – making hospital food taste delicious. Holloway oversees the culinary operations for 13 hospitals in the greater Memphis area as part of Morrison Healthcare Food Services. Holloway is a graduate of Sullivan University Culinary School. Chef Austin Sterling A student at Southwest Tennessee Community College, Austin Sterling has been cooking for more than eight years. His experiences include working as lead line cook at the Memphis Hunt and Polo Club and as the kitchen manager at Bonefish Grill. He is a member of the American Culinary Federation (Memphis Chapter). He will be turning up the heat on the Celebrity Cooking Stage!
