Is there a way to reach an exhibitor I saw at the show?
First check the exhibitor list at this LINK. Once there, click on the ‘see more’ link under the exhibitor you wish to contact. You may find a telephone number there, or a link to their website. If that does not work after the show, call our office at 704-376-6594.< back
I’m looking for a specific exhibitor. How do I know if they will be there?
If you know the name, you can search the on-line exhibitor list at this LINK.< back
Are there places to rest?
Yes. There will be benches spread throughout the show. There’s also seating available at the concession area.< back
Can I take photographs?
Yes. If you would like to take a photograph of a craft, artwork or merchandise, please first ask the permission of the exhibitor.< back
Are shopping carts or strollers available to rent?
They are not. Large shopping bags are available for purchase at the entrance.< back
Are shopping carts, wagons, and strollers permitted?
Small pull-behind or push carts are permitted. Grocery-size carts and wagons are not permitted. Strollers are permitted.< back
Are wheelchairs available?
There are a very limited number of wheelchairs available on a first come, first served basis. You can check out in the Show Office in Room 104.< back
Is there a day that’s less busy than others?
Actually, opening day is historically the least-attended day< back
Is there a hotel within walking distance?
There is not, but here is a list of recommend hotels - HERE< back
Can I drop people off at the front door?
Yes. If you’re parking in the main lot, there’s no problem driving to the fountain at the front of the show to drop people off.< back
Special accommodations are made for individuals with dietary restrictions.
There will be a variety of food trucks parked in the grass lot on Friday. Food purchased from food trucks on Friday can be brought into the show.
Can I bring food and eat it at the show?
Building rules are that only food purchased on-site may be consumed there.Special accommodations are made for individuals with dietary restrictions.

Is there food available at the show?
Yes – plenty. The food service at the building will have concession-style food. There’s also plenty of food sampling from show exhibitors.

Can I have my tickets mailed to me, or held at the door?
Yes to both. Use the on-line ticket system at this LINK, or call 800-849-0248. Tickets are sent by standard mail.< back
